Das 2. Frauenhaus braucht Deine Stärken. 

Der Verein Frauen helfen Frauen Köln hat in seiner Trägerschaft zwei Autonome Frauenhäuser, die von häuslicher Gewalt betroffenen Frauen und ihren Kindern Schutz, Unterkunft und Unterstützung anbieten.

Die Frauenhäuser sind politisch und konfessionell unabhängig und arbeiten selbstverwaltet seit 1976.

Das Zweite Autonome Frauenhaus Köln sucht ab sofort oder zum 1.11.2022 für den Frauenbereich eine Dipl. Sozialarbeiterin / -pädagogin mit Bachelor-, Masterabschluss oder vergleichbarer Qualifikation mit möglichst Berufserfahrung und Zusatzqualifikation in Beratung. Die Stelle umfasst 24 Std./W und ist vorläufig auf 1 Jahr befristet mit Aussicht auf ein unbefristetes Arbeitsverhältnis und ggfs. Stundenerhöhung.

Zum Aufgabenbereich gehören:

  • psychosoziale, traumasensible Beratung und Begleitung von Frauen, die Zuflucht im Frauenhaus suchen auf dem Weg in eine gewaltfreie Zukunft

  • Nachsorge nach der Zuflucht im Frauenhaus

  • Krisenintervention und Konfliktmanagement

  • Rufbereitschaft

  • Ressourcenorientierte Gruppenarbeit

  • Öffentlichkeitsarbeit und Vernetzung

Wir wünschen und erwarten:

  • Teamgeist, transkulturelle Kompetenz und Kreativität

  • Interesse an (queer)feministischer Projektarbeit und Weiterentwicklung der Organisationsstrukturen auf Basis von Vielfalt, Empowerment, im Gleichgewicht von Selbstfürsorge und Teamfürsorge

  • traumasensible Beratungskompetenz

  • Erfahrungen in Krisenintervention

  • Kenntnisse im Sozial- und Aufenthaltsrecht

  • Erfahrungen und Interesse an Öffentlichkeitsarbeit

  • Führerschein

  • Eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten

  • wünschenswert sind fachliche Qualifikationen, Berufserfahrungen und Kenntnisse in den Fachgebieten Gewalt gegen Frauen, sexualisierte Gewalt, Zwangsverheiratung, Menschenhandel, Zwangsprostitution, Diskriminierungserfahrungen vulnerabler Menschen

We are in compliance with the requirements of COPPA (Childrens Online Privacy Protection Act), we do not collect any information from anyone under 13 years of age. Our website, products and services are all directed to people who are at least 13 years old or older.
